IPIP.net — only the own ASN (AS136180), rented Linode excluded
by shop owners for shop owners.
Eigen-ASN AS136180 (IPIP-CN, Beijing Tiantexin = ipip.nets Betreiberfirma): 5 CN-/24-Blöcke = 1.280 IPs, per-IP-ASN geprüft (alle 1.270 Host-IPs geantwortet, alle AS136180; Reverse zeigt auf den Netzbetreiber misaka.io, also Eigentums- statt DNS-Beweis). Plus 35 self-identifizierende IPs auf gemietetem Linode (PTR scan-N.security.ipip.net, reverse-only). Gesamt 1.315. Gemietete Linode-IPs ohne ipip-PTR ausgeschlossen.
IPIP.net (Beijing Tiantexin, CN) runs internet-wide measurement/scan nodes for IP geolocation. Not an SEO tool. Provable via ASN ownership: AS136180. We take only the own ASN — the rented Linode IPs in the list can't be attributed to IPIP. Part of our PARC Security feed.

Verification — every IP individually
The Connie-Wild list mixes two things: IPIP’s own CN blocks (AS136180) and rented Linode IPs (AS63949). We separate per IP:
5 /24 blocks → 1,280 IPs, all AS136180 (ASN ownership, per-IP checked)
+ 35 Linode IPs → PTR scan-N.security.ipip.net (reverse-only self-ID)
other Linode → no ipip PTR / generic → dropped
Honestly: the 1,280 CN IPs rest on ASN ownership — reverse points to the network operator misaka.io, no DNS self-ID (same tier as Shadowserver/umich). The 35 Linode IPs self-identify via reverse PTR scan-N.security.ipip.net — forward not checkable (zone has no A records), so reverse-only like Shodan. 1,315 total.
